Our Story
We are an affiliate of Everything Creative Designs in San Diego, a company with over 18 years in the industry and a well-established reputation for exceptional staging and client service. ECD LA brings that same standard of excellence to the Los Angeles market, with its own distinct all-new inventory, a dedicated local team, and a deep understanding of what moves properties in this market.

Our inventory is entirely new, curated for variety and quality, and our team takes pride in executing each project cleanly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to agents and sellers.

Warren Burkow
Warren is an LA-based entrepreneur who has built, operated, and managed multiple successful ventures across the city since arriving in 1996. Originally from Durban, South Africa, he has also worked extensively in real estate investment and lending, and brings a reputation built on integrity and genuine commitment to his clients and team. Outside of work, you'll find him on his motorcycle in the Malibu mountains or co-driving the Baja 1000.

Jeff Burkow
Jeff brings more than five decades of business experience, also starting his career in South Africa, where he was recruited straight out of university and appointed CEO of an international division at age 23. He later relocated to the US, overseeing significant company growth before eventually stepping back to run a family business, which he sold in 2012. He came out of retirement to be part of ECD LA, driven by a belief in creative design, flawless execution, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Heading up sales is Lisa Friedman, originally from Chicago, with a background in both real estate appraisal and staging. Lisa's dual expertise means she understands how buyers think and what makes a property stand out, and her approach to client service reflects that. She brings the same attention to a condo in Culver City as she does to a hillside property in the Palisades.
